Watu 10 wanashikiliwa na polisi mkoani Morogoro baada ya kukamatwa msikitini wakiwa na milipuko 30, sare za jeshi na bendera nyeusi inayodaiwa kutumiwa na kundi la wapiganaji wa Al Shabaab wa nchini Somalia.
